Hi and welcome to “How to BreastFeed”
This website has been set up to give new mothers (and the fathers and family supporting them) some advice to make breast feeding your child a little easier.
For some, breastfeeding is easy, for others it can be very hard indeed. In fact when you think about it, it is surprising not everyone struggles at first. Baby has never breastfed before, if you are a first time mother breastfeeding is new to you too, and even if you have already successfully breast fed another child - every baby is different!
Along with some great breast feeding articles I have included some others that will be of particular interest to first time mothers.
